What we collect

Information you submit in forms (name, contact details, ZIP, household and coverage information), and standard analytics data (pages visited, device, referrer) via Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

To contact you about health insurance options you requested, to quote and enroll coverage you choose, and to improve this site. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with insurance carriers and service providers (CRM, telephony, analytics) needed to serve you.

Communications and consent

By submitting a form you consent to calls, texts and emails from Lyons Life LLC as described on the form. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; email martin@lyons.life to opt out of other contact. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Your rights

You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your information by emailing martin@lyons.life. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; we honor them for all users.
